Meet the Founder
George Perrin MBE
George Perrin MBE is a cultural coach with 20 years of lived leadership experience. Former Joint Artistic Director and CEO at Paines Plough, he produced 50+ world premieres and launched the world's first pop-up plug-and-play theatre Roundabout. In 2020 he launched his coaching practice and now supports 100s of arts professionals a year across Theatre, Dance, Orchestra and Visual Arts.
Blending directing, leadership, and coaching tools with strategic support and an empathetic approach, George aligns personal purpose with professional ambition. He founded LVL/Studio to create a modular campus where creative professionals can future-proof their careers through immediately applicable, coach-led training.
LVL/Studio is an evolution of LVL/UP which George co-founded in 2020 with Aysha Powell and Francesca Moody MBE.
