Navigate Your Conflicts
Prepare → Engage → Act. Get the language, structure, and tools to handle tricky conversations without burning bridges.
Overview
Learn an effective, memorable and repeatable approach to difficult conversations — so you can be clear *and* kind. We'll prep the conversation on one page, practise a clean opening, and learn how to respond when the other person gets defensive or uses negotiation tactics.
Curriculum
- Prepare: Use a 5‑minute triage, then decide whether this is about *facts*, *feelings*, or *practical impact* so you address the real issue (not the wrong one).
- Engage: Use SBI + one NVC line, then pause and ask one clean question so you stay in the real conversation (instead of arguing, defending, or performing).
- Act: Close with a clean agreement, name actions, owners, and dates, then send a short follow‑up that confirms what was decided and what happens next.
