- Module 2: The centring ritual. A short, reliable reset you can use before any high‑stakes discussion.
- Module 3: IFP prep (Issue‑Feeling‑Purpose). Separate facts from feelings from what you want — fast.
- Module 4: Handling defensiveness. Use three redirect scripts that lower heat and keep you on message.
- Module 5: After the conversation. Follow up well. Capture agreements, next steps and tone.
- Module 6: Make it a habit. Shrink the fear by making practice small and regular.
